Useless service from Telkom

I have been notified by Telkom that my landline needs a wireless phone. I app**** for one as they recommended in May already. Up to today I have not received my new phone and since the 1st of August I can not do any outgoing calls from my phone. Numerous calls and visits to Telkom stores with still no success. I am at wits end.
