Useless service

I have been experiencing problems with connecting to the internet for nearly 3 weeks now. A case was logged case number ***3 and I keep following up. This has inconvenienced me and my family as we all use Telkom and have issues connecting. I have to time and time again have to switch my phone to airplane mode then back on so it can connect to the network then it momentarily works. If this issue can’t be resolved it’s okay then I’ll join another network provider.
