Useless service by telkom

I work at Elangeni Private School in Pine Street, pmb. We have had no Telkom lines at our school since 3 August 2018. No one has got back to us regarding this problem, our money has been deducted but no service has been provided by Telkom. How do they expect a company to run under these conditions.
