Useless Service!

their Contact centre service is absolutely pathetic.

i have an issue with my contract and mistake was made on their side and i have been trying to sort this out for months. Right now i am currently on hold for the past 35 minutes and no one has gotten back to me apologizing for the long wait.

i have logged a case with regards to the issue and a few days later i receive an sms stating that the case is resolved but i did a follow up and nothing was done and each time i call in, i get a completely different story.

i have now been on this call for over 40 minutes and i have still not been helped.

People rather go with a different service provider and not use telkom for anything
