Useless service and more useless staff

<p>chatted to an agent yesterday and she hasnt bothered doing what i asked. I still have not received a bill for august. The last one is dated 11 july. I get my account evry month on the 11th. I use this for proof of address and need my bill. i also see im in credit with you i want my money back fective immediately. I have phoned I have emailed I have even done that chat **** you call service and no one interested in doing their job. They just passing the buck. </p>
