Useless service and customer support

The worse service provider I ever dealt with. Been battle since Tuesday with my adsl line to get re activated. Been into 2 branches and no one can help. Been on the call center 10210 up to 6 times a day for more then 30min at a time still no luck. Even before they can help halfway through the step they cut the call and don't phone back. I have 15+ ref numbers but when you call them they don't seem to find it on the system. Eveytime they escalating the problem to a different level or department. I am still waiting for 1 phone call to update me on progress but nothing yet. Uneceptable. I am canceling my service with you telkom and will find a better service provider.
