Useless service again from Telkom

Yet again i have to resort to Hellopeter for the utter ***** up which is telkom.<br> My line has been working brilliantly since it was fixed, however i refused to pay for that months usage whereby i was charged. An amount of R1500 is disupted, however i have been credited R357.18 and R215.18.<br> My line has been disconnected today, due to non payment of R1185, which i don't understand, and neither does Jason in their useless accounts department. He insisted that i should be grateful for the credit, and that there is no way this can be looked at again, nor will another dispute be opened on the account. Still had the audacity to refer me to a telkom shop, which is just as *********** and don't deal with accounts, as explained to me by the lady at the lakeside mall telkom shop. She insisted i use their phone to call the accounts department. really now!<br> <br> I have just paid the account in full to cut my losses dealing with the useless excuse for a telephone company, now i will need to wait 48hrs to re-connect and will probably get charged a re-connection fee on top of that!<br> <br> So much for customer service with this company, it seems as though you are just another government department,oh wait,u r!
