Sim card change of ownership

I lost my phone and I needed to do a sim swap only to find out that the number its not in my name I was advised by the call center agent to get affidavit from the police and go to the shop(The Glen Shopping Mall) and change ownership, I did that and there was a fat and slobby lady who was very rude and *********** and referred me back to call center and again was reffered back to the branch where i was assisted by the guy called Auther atleast he tried and created my application manually and this was last week Saturday until today I hyave not recieved any assistance the escalation centre they read my emails and no response.

Telkom please why are you so useless, what are you doing to your employees they are sooooo angry and they are not helping.
