Useless service

Worst service ever! Handed us over to Nudebt, paid the account immediately yet its been 7 days, not reconnection or update of account. Can't get hold of their debt management service, yet they still try to debit the account daily that causes us to go into the minus...who will refund me because of their sleepiness. Service will be cancelled with next due upgrade.
