Useless service!!!

It's been 3 weeks now our businessline has been off and we have lost many clients and money now. Telkom is the worst of the useless telecom ppl! The phone line for the bus inesshave been off and when we phoned they said 7 working days to have it fixed! ***? That's absurd! It's my business and money but they don'tgive a ****! Then after 3 weeks they miraculously found the problem only to tell me they will take another 4 weeks to fix the line! I've tried diverting the line but they seem to retarted to do that also. But in the mean time I have to pay line rental for ****! Please catch a wake up you useless idiots! No wonder your losing clients to cell phone companies! Just fix my line now!
