Useless Service

How many excuses does Telkom have on there side because from 07/07/2015 they just keep on having excuses ! I don't' have a word to describe the **** Service Telkom offers. I will never REFER ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WITH TELKOM, because they don't want to give clients service !!!!! Not even going to talk about the Escalation Centre that doesn't even bother to follow up after more then 10 Escalations send to them !! USELESS SERVICE. The Technicians does not even pitch up on the date the Technical department send to the Client !! It's like the 5 time now no Technician came to do the Installation. Even the Call Centre can't help me, what does it help they say call this number 10210 but they can't assist ???
