Useless service

Their service is horrible! They billed me more than double my monthly payment and when I tried to query it, I couldn't get through to their call center, tried the whatsapp number-never worked, Twitter private message- the lady confirmed the amount in arrears and it wasn't what they deducted! Now they blocked my service.
