Useless service

I called numerous times requesting that my cellphone be insured and my details were taken promising that someone will call and quote the device then explain how it works. After waiting for nothing I called the store and asked the lady that assisted me to insure the device. No communication was sent regarding the insurance and how it works but they even charged me double because that's all they want.
