Useless service >:(

U-s-e-l-e-s-s. You have to continuously call after these guys to hear whats happening. Cables were ******, after a month of placing fault reports they tell us the cables aren't being replaced??. They offer us another solution but we have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for that. We wait 3 to 4 weeks only to hear that the order was never placed. Now we are waiting for this so called new order (yea right- friend in the same area was told the same ****). Goodluck with these guys if you are willing to wait 6 months for a resolution - I assume they are lieing left and right as there back log stretched from here to China.
