Useless service

My account is paid in full but Telkom is still not lifting the suspension, after phoning and emailing for the past 7 days nothing has been done. I phoned and spoke to Khethiwe Mzuza and she confirmed the account is paid but I should phone collections to lift the suspension. I phoned them and hit informed that the account is not with them anymore and it is with Telkom and they are supposed to lift the suspension. So I phone again and sit on the phone for more than half an hour just for the agent to tell me she can't help me (Nohkululeko Memani) and she is requesting a call back so that her manager can phone me to sort this out. No manager has phoned me yet. Telkom is useless to sort out accounts. They charge you while your account is suspended but they can't lift suspension after you send them proof that it is paid.
