Useless service

<p>How on earth can you guys charge me for june for my internet but you cancelled my service due to non payment two months ago, you guys cancelled my service because of one month arrears so i made sure there was not money available for the debit orders and you guys have charged me re-connections fees as well. The whole issue started when i requested debit order and then there was one month that needed to be paid which i forgot to pay an then you guys cancelled my service for one months arrears so i made sure i didnt honour the debit order because you guys are useless. Now you are charging me when i dont even use the service for two months now. You guys are exploiting consumers, i want written confirmation of what is going on with my account cause the balance is getting larger and i need to settle it.</p>
