USELESS SERVICE

PATHETIC!! No other word! Was on the line for 30min waiting to speak to a manager because the customer care cant help me! Only to speak to a manager who hung up after 10 seconds!

I have NO Telkom or Vodacom signal. No one told me about the change of roaming partners and I just upgraded in APRIL! I cant do business and it is costing me lots and lots of money! No one is helping after several calls to the call centre.

I WANT A WAY OUT OF THE CONTRACT OR SIGNAL!!!!!!!
