Useless service

Probably the most useless online service out there , the follow up service by the call centres was probably just as bad or even worse. It has been more than a month of placing a order that is meant to take 3-5 working days . They were efficient at debiting my account but the actual delivery of service has yet to materialize. I have no just cancelled my order and requested a refund but fear they wont even get that right . Sort yourself out Telkom
