Useless service

<p>Telkom is useless. I took a month to month service with telkom and my bills were ridiculous for a 2mbps line and I barely ever got fast Internet. I decided to cancel and went into a telkom store which was so useless they can't help with anything besides give u a form to fill in and email it yourself and even after I did that and served my one months notice my service was still not cancelled. My bills came to the right amount but the Internet was still useless and I didn't want the service still. I contacted telkom twice after and both consultants gave me their email addresses for me to sent my proof of cancellation request and they both did not get back to me after and now I received two more bills for a useless service which I don't even use because I have to end up buying data anyway because telkom Internet is so damn pointless to have. In the end I'll be registered as a slower payer because of a useless service like telkom that I can't even get myself out of no matter how hard I try.</p>
