USELESS SERVICE

I app**** for a laptop bundle through Telkom website. I was contacted by an agent who confirmed all my details and told me that the deal would take 2 -5 working days for it to go through. I did this on the 22nd of February. On the 25, I called again and was told that it had not been processed yet but I should have received an email and sms, which I never received. The agent on the 25th told me that she would put it through, which never happened. I then called Telkom on the 29th and still nothing and then they were rude and useless, wanting to know why I wanted to cancel the contract- BECAUSE I NEVER HAD AN REPSONSE AS YOU TOLD ME I WOULD. Can you imagine the service I would receive, once I got the contract if this is the type of service I get and have not even got anything. ANOTHER SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANT *********** THE PUBLIC. They also do nto care about comments as I still have not received any response from an email, call back and Facebook post I have put, so they will most probably not respond to this post either. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH TELKOM.
