Useless service

I went to telkom mall of the South to have my late husband contract canceled and have the number to prepaid. But they decided to delete the number as well. It's been a month and no one is able to restore the number. Not to mention the useless call center I called every day for help but hey no one knows their stories are truly amazing. I cannot even contact the store directly because they only help walk-in people. So I did a walk in so many times. It's either the system is down or they r busy with upgrading their system. I have been using that number my whole life but due to telkom it's gone. What a useless network and service.
