Useless service
Phone line at a business have been down since middle March this year and no matter how many times you call and what ever escalation numbers you get nothing is done. It seems management does not have their company in control. Its not just about telkom loosing income, what about my business. I am going to approach a lawyer to sue for loss of income. Telkom agreed to provide a service and seems that they are not able.

17 May 2018, 05:50No service since March you are kidding, we are in what century. It seems that management dont have a control over the company or the people. We have an agreement you provide a line in exchange of me paying, what do you compensate for the loss of business as a result of not poor service, simply no service. It took someone 12 days just to respond does that by itself not indicate how *********** top management is. If you have the monopoly the image is certainly not important. I think the CEO should get a raise, good job there buddy!!!!
