useless service

June 2017 we took out a contract with Telkom which included a Wifi extender, they cameto install the wifi but no extender...nearly 1 year later we have been sent from pillar to post and telkom never seems to have stock of these wifi extenders, we still havent recieved one, but we are paying the full price. Last week the lightening hit out our line. we called Telkom a couple of times and everytime they say they will escalate it or there is no technicians in our area......so when will there be technicians in our area ?? I refuse to pay for something that is not working. Telkom is absolutely useless !!
