Useless Service
I’ve contacted Telkom applying for the unlimited data package:
I’ve been sent from pillar to post and fed an unprofessional service by 5 consultant (Hlengiwe, Webster Mtshali inclusive) and spent hours on the phone.
07/02/2018 - I got an SMS from Open Serve that a technician will be coming to my house for inspection, none materialized and I was never informed of the cancellation. You took a day off for nothing.
Telkom just provides **** service and I’m absolutely not happy at all!
I’m absolutely fed up!
