Useless service

<p>I recently purchased a data packed with telkom oline on the 15th of november. and according to the process I have to wait for an agent to call me back,which they didnt.I tried to contact telkom and was put on hold for an hour before it was cut,I went instore and was told they could not help me find out how whats going on and i cant cancel it ,also if the month is over i wont be able to get the deal either,I further when onto the website and tried getting help from the live chat and was told they cannot help me as it is an online purchase and the system is not the same.I called the sales line again and after a really long wait i got through and was told that someone will call me back . It has been almost a month and im still waiting for somebody to get back to me,just to cancel it.</p>
