Useless service

<p>My Adsl and house line have not been working for 1 week now.ive been phoning telkom everyday and they say the samething.WE ARE SENDING A TECHNICIAN,but no one has come.my mother and sister are both cancer patients and we need our line fixed as the doctors have the number.Telkom you then decide to tell us to get a portable landline at a telkom store,but when we go to pavilion telkom the guy tells us they out of stock??? Then when I ask him if he could phone another branch to check if they have stock,his answer is they don't ever pick up there phones and doesn't even bother trying to phone? What service is this??? </p>
