Useless service.

This people have blocked my account twice this month even after debuting. My service has been temporary blocked. I have been trying to contact them for thr past two days and I get transferred from one person to the other or given different numbers to call. The last call I made I was with them on the phone for over an hour and still could not get help. I requested to speak to the supervisor but held the call for once 30 minutes.

The fact that my services has been put in hold twice this month is frustrating. They are letting customers suffer due to their internal problems. Which ar the end it also puts our jobs at risk since we working from home.

This is unacceptable as when they want their money they can even call you every three hours.
