Useless self service

My grandson blocked my sim card and when I call telkom with my daughters phone to get puk number they send sms to the very sim that is blocked and I can't access the puk it's a very stupid and annoying service and the person who authorized this sms self service **** is an idiot for thinking its useful bcz now my number is blocked and I can't get assistance.
