Useless Provider,rude Store Consultants and worst call centre service

I have been trying to port my number to Vodacom from the 31st of August 2022,to date my number is still on Telkom.I went to their store in Westgate mall and none of their consultant was helpful,they told me there is nothing they can do. When we check on Vodacom system it says my number is not released by Telkom,when I call the call centre they either hang up the phone on me or tell me there is nothing they can do I should go to the store. On Tuesday I asked the Vodacom store manager to cancel the whole process so that we can start it from scratch,I sent the SMS today to Vodacom and we are still waiting for Telkom to authorise the process and send me the SMS with the link.
