Useless processes

I have tried to cancel my Telkom line due to me going overseas , I submitted the cancellation form 1 month ago , I called in and told them i need the line cancelled and they advised i have an outstanding amount which i paid . But now they tell me to resend the mail to their cancellation team BOX as they cant find it , HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE . That is so *********** , The lady said i should mail the box and her once i do the form again and i sent it but nothing as yet , TELKOM what are u doing , I will not accept charges due to your slack people , wake up please and action customer requests . The lady was also rude and seemed like she just wanted me to go of the phone . If this is the treatment we get for being a 15 year customer thanks , lease wake up
