Useless, Please cancel my account

<p>My internet wasnt working so we laid a complaint and technician was supposed to come out and never did, complained again and nothing happened. I have then been trying to cancel my telkom mobile account now for 7 months, sent through all the cancellation forms in November 2016 spoke to a consultant and nothing happened. I then phoned and emailed every month for the past 6 months and now after confiming that it has been cancelled they charged me double the normal monthly subscription rates. PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY. I cannot believe that a company of this size can be so useless. </p>
