Useless People Who Cant Even Do What They Said!!!!!!!

Telkom is the worst bunch of *********** people I know.

In the beginning of March 2018 I asked for a relocation of my services.

The lady took all my details down: 1) Old place to new place of line to be installed 2) She even checked to see if that address will support my service I am on. (The lady I spoke to said that i can take up to a 20Mbps line for internet.) 3) She also took down my work number to let me know when the technician will be coming in for the new line to be installed. It will take 21 days to complete the order.

I called them 3 times after this and they give me the same bull**** story: 1) The order was processed and not completed 2) They can't pick up the line for this place (even after they done a check for me on what speed I can take) 3) And when I call them its like they don't do nothing because its like they not putting down anything on the system.

Its always that they will expedite it to the manager and every time they tell me turn around time will take 21 working days.

I have already waiting over a month and I still don't have my new line installed. I am paying for nothing to be done.

These people have joy taking your money and nothing gets done. Well I had enough and this matter will be taken further. You guys are definitely heading towards a court case!!!
