Useless, Pathetic, unhelpful, ******** staff

I went to Telkom, Chatsworth Centre branch to buy a new cell phone and upgrade my business contract. The assistant was very unhelpful and said I must return with a letter to state that I’m the new principal. This was after waiting an hour in the queue. So I returned a few days later with the letter signed by all parties stating that I was the new Principal, including my appointment letter. After waiting another hour, Mr Khumalo rejected the letter and stated that I must trace the old principal and ask him for his ID and a letter stating that I’m the new principal. I asked Mr Khumalo whether there were any other requirements to bring as I wanted to make sure that I had everything he needed. He said all he wanted was the old principals ID and a letter from him. What if he was dead?? I finally traced him and after spending much money on petrol and time, I got hold of him and requested the documents. He was very suspicious about me asking for a copy of his ID as this was an invasion of his privacy. He is over 70 years old after all and there were three principals after him! Armed with all these documents, I went back to Telkom. I was told that Mr Khumalo had just gone out for a walk and he’ll be back shortly. Half an hour later he was still not there. An hour later, no sign of Mr Khumalo and Telkom staff claimed that they were off-line!!! Furthermore, they stated that I needed a bank statement!!! In any case the lady, who didn’t want to give her name, took all my information and said Mr Khumalo would phone me back. Friday passed as did Saturday and NO CALL FROM THE ELUSIVE MR KHUMALO!!! These ***********, useless staff don’t care about their clients at all. He thinks I am a fool. He made me waste my time and money just because he doesn’t know his job!!! I am fed up going there – I have been there 4 times and can’t get any resolution!!! Is it so complicated to buy a cell phone, take out a contract and upgrade my ADSL? I have 4 contracts with the Galleria branch, with no problems, but went to the Chatsworth Centre branch because it’s closer to my work place. It seems like this branch is full of ***********, intellectually challenged people! Can someone contact me urgently????
