Useless pathetic telkom

Telkom can't activate lte Sim on *** phoned more than 20 times my phone line is down as they already cut it of so I phone from mtn cellphone pay for 40 minutes plus every time yet they give me a full bill but I don't have use of phone line, their billing apartment just says sorry tried to cancel all my services yet no response useless service from them call centre just take ccd nr of Sim and says they will log a complaint I must wait 7 days yet nothing it's been a month its pathetic but they want payment
