Useless pathetic one hand does not know what other hand is doing

<p>I cancelled my line at end November cancelled 8 times on web page. Received 6 calls asking why I want to cancel tell them why pathetic service they then promise to do better I tell them NO just cancel line promises will be cancelled same day a month later still working what is wrong with these people that they cant do this simple task</p>
