Useless - pathetic Non service by Telkom

The one star rating is only given above - so that I can actually post to comment how bad this NON service really is. First I asked for an ADSL line but received a telephone line - whilst trying to actually convert this to an ADSL line I got so fed up that after about one month, I finally decided enough is enought and I cancelled the request altogether. Little did I know how long this would take. I finally received confirmation of my cancellation request on 16 March 2018 - Confirmed cancellation Ref No ********** 01A. But still now Nov 2018 I am receiving bills and sms's threatening me that I will be handed over to the credit bureau ? Why can the billing department not sort our one simple account that was actually never used. Emails to numerous to mention and telephone calls to their 10120 & 10213 are also useless not to mentioned the on line chat room ? Hope someone reads this before deciding to request any kind of service from Telkom because they clearly do NOT know the meaning of the word.
