USELESS + PATHETIC

I WISH I COULD OF GIVEN 0 STARS

I think 3 weeks is long enough now...

Telkom + Openserve your service is pathetic. For three weeks we have been sitting with no Internet at home - we are basically sitting ducks. With a long mail trial and proof, and 6 reference numbers later, we have not been helped and the issue has not been resolved. It seems like they even refuse to send a technician out to asses what the issue can be.

This morning i followed up with Telkom and Open Serve again, and all they can do is send back "Your request was attended to by our support team on 2025-12-12." - but no one has reached out to either of my parents or I to make arrangements, so what has been resolved, I do not know. The first email and request for assistance was sent to them on 27th of November. And nothing... PATHETIC

At this point it is safe to say that USLESS service is an understatement.
