USELESS , PATHETIC AND POINTLESS SERVICE

Highly disgusted in Telkom. Have been struggling for almost 2 months to get a dispute resolved, the call was logged and nothing has happened since. Telkom is quick to cut your line if you dont pay them , however they are not quick to reimburse you when they owe you money. This dispute started in April 2018 and between them and Trudon, no one has been any wiser at helping, whilst it ruins our ITC Records. .
