Useless, pathetic and a proper joke

After I was told that the cables in my area will not be replaced after they were ******. I spent approximately R80 airtime calling from my cell phone. All the times I called the call centre I waited, on average, 25 minutes until someone answered, only to be told that there system is down. Pathetic service and ********** customer s****s. What is the point of being a major South African company when you can not even supply what you offer.
