Useless Organisation

I am unable to utilise my account.This is unacceptable, especially,after you debited an exorbitant fee from my account this month!!! In essence I am paying for a service I don't have access to?! I want this card unlocked now.Your call centre agents are *********** and have been of no help in this situation,after numerous calls. I'm giving you 24hours or I cancel this account.
