USELESS OPTICON SWITCHBOARD AND SERVICE

I am paying over R620 for an opticon Switch board unit but it does not work. <br> <br> This unit is extremely useless, you have to press 0 over three times to get a line, you cannot hear the person on the other line on the Wireless handsets. <br> <br> I have reported this time and time again to Telkom and as usual nothing has come of it. <br> <br> Please I just want to cancel this contract and move over to a normal phone. <br> I am absolutely tired with service from your switchboard department. <br> <br> I cannot be paying for something that does not work!!!<br>
