Useless online registration system

Dear Telkom...your service is even more apalling than I remember when i thought it was really bad. Uve been waiting for 45minutes for an OTP that expires after 3 minutes when I click on Resend OTP. I REALLY am desperate to cancel he lines i have with you due to the fact that my home line is out of order more than its functional. I have tried cancelling the numbers at your store 3 times to no avail so i am going to try my final option of registering online in order to process a cancellation. As a south african, I am tired of paying for services I never have access to.
