Useless, non existent service TELKOM

I am beyond frustrated with Telkom!!!!

I placed an order for your April special, which is floating around the countryside due to YOU putting the incorrect delivery address on the parcel. The couriers have emailed you twice to get YOU to correct it but they have had NO RESPONSE and they won't send it to my CORRECT address unless they have your go ahead (insane).

I have tried emailing, no response, called and waiting 25 minutes before someone answered and then told me it was the wrong department and they couldn't transfer the call. I called your sales department and the calls keep being dropped I have even tried your online chat to an agent option and that doesn't wor****!!!! *** is wrong with you Telkom!!!!!!

Please can SOMEONE higher up please get in touch with me to sort this mess out!
