Useless no service and no help at all!!!!!

About 4 weeks ago our phone lines went down. We contacted Telkom and they said that it was the whole area that was down. A couple days later we received a message saying technicians had worked on the problem and it has been solved. As I said this was about 4 weeks ago. We still have no working phone lines or access to internet. No matter who you try call they are unhelpful, are unable to provide us with helpful communication and keep telling us the problem has been fixed, when clearly it has not. So fed up!!!!!!
