Useless network provider

This useless network, took a sim card and called that they debit they didn't, they said they'll debit next month, when I ask they say I'm in arrears, for what coz it's their fault. I will go to the ombudsman and report the ****en useless agents that assist us and provide information that is wrong nxn, ****ers. I'm sitting here at sandton city and no one is assisting me
