USELESS NETWORK PROVIDER

I have never dealt with a company as pathetic as Telkom, I thought maybe over the years they have learnt to respect their customers. Clearly I was mistaken. They are failing to provide me with a simple phone number to cancel a contract, they expect ME to go through a tedious process of doing it online. I keep telling them I want a phone number and they keep ignoring my request.
