***********, useless network ever Telkom
****mers, *****sters and appalling customer service ever I received from that ISP Telkom, they even blocked me from they social media page because of ***** they committed under my name, I canceled they contract due to incompetence of their network as per their request I brought back their device as their request at Promenade branch, and I was advised that penalty fees will be waived I have got all proof of conversation we had, now they saying I owe them, sent countless emails,noone response, call center agents drops calls telling me to go back to store, store tells me to go on social media page which blocked me from demanding them to fix their mistake, I even wrote to ICASA who referred me to NCC as they advised matter is jurisdictions, I have also written to NCC who is referring me back to ICASA, Telkom has passed my information to collections for money that I do not even owe
Please help they messed up my credit score due to their incompetence

11 Sept 2025, 15:59I don't know where Telkom got their figures from, looks like they just plotting figures out of thin air, final bill that was sent to me on the 6th August 2025 showed that I owed R810 which I don't owe anything as I had returned their useless device, now am chatting with Telkom Business to check they giving me figure of R1349 Telkom where do you get these figures, I have been writing countless emails Noone has the audicity to respond, the credit memo that you are referring to your employee who is a store manager at Promenade branch named Chevon Murray has also been writing countless emails, I have returned your device stop harrissing me wi do not owe you anything!!

11 Sept 2025, 21:42Telkom where do get these figures from, I have enquiries that has open and closed without me contacted, reference number ***9 was marked as resolved even though no one called when I enquired about that I was told it's escalated manager will call me back, within 72 hours which turned into month am still waiting, I would not recommend Telkom to anyone, service is absolutely appalling, network is absolutely appalling,........ TELKOM rectify your mess,!!!
