Useless Network

I app**** early this year for a Samsung Note 4 and Iwas told I would have it withn 3 days, went back only to find they out of stock. I callec everyday asking about stock half the time they don't answer they phones, you have to do a walkin. And everytime I go to the store they all say I DON'T KNOW. that is really unprofessional instead of saying idon't know find out. Biggest shock is when I went in last week only to find that they lost my form with my 0personal information on it, next thing you know 50 other people will be viewing my personal particulars this is unprofessional. I'M ****ED YOU GUYS ARE USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE AND TREATING YOUR CUSTMOERS FAIRLY.
