Useless manager and staff Cresta telkom

Worst manager and staff ever the just chit chat don't care about customers. After visiting the shop 8 times nothings being done now I'm handed over and my account has been blocked my Sims doesn't work. Because of staff not sorting out the issue on their side.. ****en useless if you ask me. And Rea the supposed to be manager you are just as. Bad that's why your staff is like this.. No wonder there's so many bad comments about this branch.. It's disgusting
