Useless Mail Support
Hi. I logged a support ticket to enquire about purchasing the Smart Wireless Uncapped service and got the reference Support #896447. Francios Masuabi rep**** with a very uneducated generic response. Why bother having a mail support service if you do not even bother reading the contents. I sent two other mails with no further correspondence. This is pathetic service from Telkom as per the norm it seems. I don't want to spend two hours on the phone to get a hold of someone.
